Method

1. Grind tomatoes, peppers, and onions, then boil to reduce water content.
2. Season meat with spices, boil on low heat, and fry with onions in hot oil.
3. For jollof rice, heat the oil used for frying meat, fry sliced onions, then add boiled tomato mix and fry until dry. Add tomato paste and spices, then meat stock, and let it boil.
